Parenting Courses

TimeOut4Me is proud to offer a range of parenting sessions and courses. These sessions and courses are being offered on either a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups. Each session will run approximately 60 minutes.

​

The parenting sessions and courses are designed to show parents or grandparents how to connect more deeply with their children and recapture the magic and joys of being a parent/child.

Session/Courses offered:

• Advice and support to explore and encourage parent’s strengths for themselves to enable them to be the best parent’s they can be.

• Assurance for parents that difficulties in bringing up children are not unusual and emphasizing the pleasures of family life.

• Help in building up confidence as a parent and their opinion of themselves.

• Support in a non-judgmental way.

• Ideas for quality time with the families and ourselves.

 

All whilst recognizing that every family is unique and has different ways of bringing up their children.
